3 Minute Walking Exercise! NEW T-Tapp Step Lift Move Part 1! Tips for Best Results

Would you love to have a 3 minute walking workout you can do throughout the day to give you a boost in energy while also tightening and toning your thighs, hips and butt?

This NEW T-Tapp move is a Step Lift sequence that you are going to LOVE! It can be your next favorite move you can add, along with your T-Tapp Hoe Downs, for an extra cardio boost. This move is also great at controlling your blood sugar.

Do it a few times a day (like you would do your T-Tapp Hoe Downs) and watch those inches melt away.

This is Part 1 of a 3 part video series. In this longer video, I show you the move first. Then I break it down and give you all the tips you’ll need to get the best results.

In the next shorter video, I do the move without all the tips. I do it with 3 repetitions on each side. You’ll be able to start there and either increase the repetitions as you get stronger or do the move more than once during the day.
