Welcome to the Barre Workout That Started It All!

It began with a German modern dancer, Lotte Berk. She worked with a Doctor to create movements that healed her back and she found these movements also transformed her body. She began working with others and as people get visible results, word spread.

Over the years Lotte's daughter Esther Fairfax kept the original Barre workout going. This is the Barre workout that I certified in and am obsessed with. I just know you will be too!

My Personal Original Barre Transformation

I’ve been a fitness professional teaching different workouts for over 25 years. For 20 years, I was (and still am) a Master T-Tapp Trainer. I know fitness and have taught classes 6 days a week for 20 years.

I’m in pretty good shape. I didn’t really expect to have any significant results when I began training in the Original Barre workout.

SURPRISE!

Almost as soon as I started doing the workout, I noticed I was getting smaller. My whole body was cinching in! My abs started flattening out and that has never happened! Clients noticed and started mentioning it. Even my hubby noticed (and you might know that can take some doing).

That's when I knew the Original Barre was as amazing as the claims made it sound.
