How To Get Started With T-Tapp!πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸ’ƒ

Have you heard about all the incredible results women have been getting by doing the t-tapp workout? Interested in having those same results yourself? T-Tapp is a very effective workout at trimming, tightening and toning your whole body.  T-Tapp is a brain/body fitness program that not only helps you look your best, but it also is great for feeling your best. T-Tapp can also be very rehabilitating to sore joints and bound up fascia.

But...there is a bit of a learning curve to be able to get your best results. Like many fitness programs, form is mission critical. T-tapp is different from most other workouts. So learning how to do the moves with good form is the best way to get results.

That's why I have a course called T-Tapp Method 101 where I do a separate class for each move in our classic Basic Workout+ (the 15 minute workout).

Once you've gone through the T-Tapp 101 course, you'll want to have the full workout without all the instructions.  That's Basic Workout + and it's here for you done slowly and with a ton of muscle activation and fascia stretches.
