Master Trainer Trisch Reveals Her Secret Starting Sauce!

 Have you tried EVERYTHING it seems to lose weight and inches and nothing is working?  This is where Trisch found herself after having her 9th child.  She was exercising 45 - 60 minutes every day doing cardio, core strengthening and flexibility and after 4 months of this schedule, she not only didn't lose weight...she actually gained 10 pounds.  Talk about frustrating.
