Toys needed for this workout are:

  • Tennis Ball - we begin by loosening up the fascia on our feet. Great for balance and better proprioception

  • 9" ball - I'm using a Bender Ball. It comes FREE with the purchase of the Booty Kicker but you can get any 9" ball on amazon...

  • Gliding Discs - powerful new toy. You can use a sturdy paper plate if you don't have discs. You can even do the moves without anything but using these toys will give you a better range of motion with additional strengthening and lengthening benefits

  • Mat or carpet
