Renee McLaughlin

Hi, I’m Renee. I’m passionate about helping women find their “soulmate” movement practice.

I believe there is a special movement for everyone. A movement that shifts your “state” and makes you feel like the best version YOU: body, mind, and soul.  

I have loved movement for as long as I can remember.  I love the way movement makes me feel physically but also how it has allowed me to deal with life’s challenges in a more resilient way.  I’ve “moved” through family deaths, divorice, job changes, auto-immune condition, and menopause.

Movement is life and it’s how we engage in life.  It’s always moving forward.  We need to get up and move with it in order to stay healthy and feel our best.

CREDENTIALS

  • Renee is a health and fitness professional, educator, speaker, motivator, and trainer with over 30 years of success stories from her clients.

  • She has a Master of Science degree in Natural Health, is the developer of the Optimal Weight Management Coaching Program, is a quantum biofeedback practitioner, teaches many different movement classes including T-Tapp, Gentle Somatic Yoga, the “Original Barre” (Lotte Berk method) and Stretch and Sculpt (her own fusion workout).

  • A life-long student of fitness and health, Renee is constantly researching new tools to help her clients on their respective fitness and health journeys. 

  • In her three decades of working with hundreds of clients across every level of health and fitness, Renee knows life is movement and movement is life. When you stop moving, you stagnate at all levels (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually), tighten up, dehydrate and increase the aging process.
